    Initial experience: NEGATIVE. Almost 36 hrs in and no update on listing. I requested cancellation and was denied because seller had shipped already but never updated the status or gave me a shipping notice or a message updating me. The guitar was a gold/sandy color instead of the pictured gray color. It took almost a week to get them to relent to pay for return shipping and refund. I sold the bass locally by the time they offered to do that. POSITIVE: they finally tried to make it right.

    I bought an brand new AC unit I was looking at the exact same unit on Walmart and actually got it cheaper and faster from this company. I had a little issue the window panel of the unit cracked during shipment (I don't believe it's this companies fault since they sold it in its original packaging so that's the manufacturer not them) They solved my issue, immediately compensated me.
