Due to time constraints... I needed something faster than getting another one, or a part to fix... so they gave me a full refund . Despite bad things happening, they were fast to reply and refund.

    Doesn't work

    I bought this product because I had four garages that I need access to and I didn't want to have four garage door openers. So, I made sure that all the garage door openers were compatible units with this opener. NONE of them were able to connect. I have an MBA, so I can read and follow directions. I tried both sets of instructions, to connect with the garage door opener and with the remote transmitter for each unit. I had my friend try as well, and he's smarter than me, and he couldn't do it. Then I randomly saw a garage door mechanic at one of the locations and asked him to do it...and he couldn't get it to work, either. Either this specific unit I bought is faulty or it doesn't work as advertised. Don't buy this product. I recommend getting the specific garage door ...

    Great Dual Capability Remote

    I purchased this remote to replace an analog (DIP Pin) remote that I lost from work. It took about 10 seconds to program it with an available 63LM. It has 4 controllers so I was able to program it to my Liftmaster home garage door and my Chamberlain work shop in the back of my property. This was literally half the price of two 893MAX remotes I bought a few years ago (the 893's have also dropped significantly in price since then as well)
