Methylated Bs Rock!
I recommend methylated B vitamins for everyone. The methylation of the B9 and B12 make it easier to metabolize, thus insuring less waste through excretion. As soon as I switched to the methylated form of B9 and B12 my neuropathy disappeared and I am very grateful to not be taking B12 injections any more.
