      Received the rangefinder and used it one day. It worked for 4 or 5 holes, then stopped working. Battery door is stuck closed. Asked seller for refund, and they said "we do not accept returns. All items are tested to ensure they are in working condition before being dispatched. The product functioned properly before it was shipped and continued to work upon your receipt." So it worked for an hour and stopped, and that's my problem? That's ridiculous. I won't buy from this guy again. Ever.

      The buyer initially asserted that the yardages were being displayed inaccurately. This could either be due to user error or a falsehood. Consequently, we decided against processing a refund. The following day, his narrative shifted to "it only functioned for 5 or 6 holes," and then he added, "the battery door is also stuck." All Rangefinders undergo testing prior to shipment. If he had presented a valid claim without the inconsistencies in his story, we might have been able to issue a refund.
