Good remote - just like an old model
This model --- Harmony One is very good just like others Model 6500 , 665 , 700 It is the same design The only different is this model use rechargeable battery which require cradle for charge battery This is not good because require special battery and a charger. If you loose a battery or charger you must buy from special store. Those old model use a regular 2 AA battery you can find anywhere in the world ... So, don't loose your Harmony One Battery ....!!! Another downside of this remote is .. use an OLD mini USB connector Nowadays the world widely use Type C or Micro USB which easy to find in your room. ... Final ▶ Bad Battery Choice ▶ Bad use of Mini USB connector ▶ Sticky on the back side ... and more expensive ...!!! ....

Perfect for Home Theater Control
It's a shame they are discontinued. Since unit is roughly 10 years old, the rubber coating on the back has become sticky to the touch. A layer can be removed using Acetone and a micro fiber cloth.

Great remote to simplify the use of multi device home theaters.
This was a top-of-the-line (and expensive) universal remote when it was new. Still works great. It supports tons of devices and has sophisticated programming capabilities. The touch screen is a great feature. it is a must-have to simplify home theater navigation for the technically challenged in the household!
