      As requested, the buyer was told to ask for the preferred color or we would get whatever Box he picked up. I asked for Black and got green. Also, the listing stated that the shipping would be the exact cost to ship not the high price given in the listing. The package was very small and extremely light in weight. The $12 part ending up costing $28. $15.58 to ship?

Please contact us directly in the future if you have an issue as we will correct it immediately. You are correct about the shipping. We only charge what we are charged. We see that back on Sept. 3 when we processed the order, we refunded you $8.33 for the shipping cost. We will update the tracking number for you.
