Rushing causes fading of fabric
This product works, but be be careful with the application of this product. I overdid it and caused my upholstery fabric to lighten. I used the cleaner on upholstered arms of a living room chair (which got dark from handprints). I applied the solution to a cloth, and not directly on the fabric. I didn’t wait for a small amount of the solution to dry and kept applying it until the stain disappeared. It’s best to apply a little, let it dry, and come back later to repeat. A hair dryer works well to mitigate any shadow rings.
