Checked on Monday morning my bank statement which showed no activity. I never got an email confirming my purchase or a tracking number. I ended up ordering another driver thinking my purchase never went thru, only to come home and find my original purchase sitting on my deck. Driver was in excellent shape, but communication was lacking. Now I have to go thru the ordeal of returning my original order.

Opening the box the packaging was poor just a little packing paper to separate the irons. The heads and grips weren't wrapped with any kind of protection and still had dirt all over the heads. Then I noticed 3 shafts were bent. Left an email asking to have a partial refund due to the bent shafts and got response 3 days later saying they can only refund the whole order. Good company but should adjust policy for such orders.
