The problem was Amazon showed pictures of a 170 mm x 170 mm ITX board but the board was 170 mm x 190 mm. Anyway, I found a board on Aliexpress that was the right size and that worked and this renewed CPU was dropped in along with 16 GB ram for under $60 as I had a low end GPU. I haven't tested the 2nd CPU but will do soon.
