Unfortunately, it had some insurmountable issues and due to personal difficulties, I was unable to get around to properly dealing with things until the last minute. Although the internal components weren't very functional, it was not a surprise because the seller explicitly called out that risk in the description. Overall the value here was good because this is a very rare case to find these days.

It was very well packaged and easily survived the tests USPS put it through. Shipping cost was reasonable given the item’s weight. I got it hooked up and it started reading a tape right away. Considering the asking price of similar tape drives on eBay, this one was a good deal. I’d gladly do more business here in the future
