The seller didn't know the battery health when I reached out to ask (although they did respond promptly), but after checking it's 100%, which is also way better than expected. Could not have asked for a better quality watch for this value. It shipped quickly, and they even included a watch band which wasn't in the listing. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone

Works like a champ. 2 SATA cables, I/O shield, support DVD, and quickstart guide were included. IOW, all of the paperwork you'd find in a factory sealed box. Easily one of the most professional "packages" I've purchased from an eBay seller. Excellent communicator. Received order/shipping confirmation emails from seller.
