Good buy, but may need a little tinkering
I bought two of these. First, let me say that they are beautiful. I'll connect the supply lines tomorrow, and while I see no reason to expect any sort of mechanical failure, my review is confined to the condition in box, and the install. Two boxes, same model. Different supply lines between valves and faucet. One box had instructions, one did not. The first box, with instructions, had push-to-connect lines connecting valves and faucet. Easy installation. Only problem was one valve (the cold, for what it's worth), was poorly threaded, and the nut wouldn't start on it. Two minutes with a file solved that problem, and the rest of the install went smoothly. The second box had no instructions, and connecting lines that were push-to-connect on the faucet, and a sort of banjo bolt connection for the valves. Anyway, instructions in first box wouldn't work for the faucet in the second box. Fortunately, Price Pfister has really good videos on installation, and after ten minutes online, I had the second properly installed. In short, good bargain, and I fully expect that you will get faucets that will be beautiful and give you good service, just be prepared for a wrinkle or two that you wouldn't get with a new box from a retailer.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
