Product Information

David Hall

The 1926-D is rare in both circulated grades and mint state. It is very rare in Gem condition, about as rare as the 1924-D, though not as rare as the 1920-D, 1925-D, and 1927-D. After 1927, the Denver Mint issues become much more available. The 1926-D can be fairly well struck, but there are also some mint state specimens that show weakness of the horn and tail detail. Luster is the satiny/semi-frosty type.

Product Identifiers
