They can only help improve your hunting results.
The Nock Out brand nocks have worked every shot for me. The light is easy to see at dusk. Not so easy during the day. Cameras can see the streak but my old eyes are unable. Today's crossbows shoot so fast that its difficult for me to see a light streak. I can only see the nock after it hits something. That is still critical. They do help identify shot placement. I also bought some cheaper lighted nocks and they were not worth it. The light is only half as bright. It would be nice if the producers associated a luminous value with the nocks. I'm not sure how far away you can stand and still see the light when its dark outside? None of the manufactures mention a distance away normal eyes should be able to see them.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
