I was looking for a decent quailty versatile banjo to practice with before investing in a more expensive one. I find this one to be very low quailty. The strings will not hold a tune for a session. The bridge will not hold the strings in place, they keep snapping out when playing. Several of the bolts used for adjunents are visually corroded. Not worth even as cheep practice instrument.

It looked like shipping company did not handle with care and most pieces were broken and box had holes in it. I reached out to the seller and they shipped me another package. I requested cancellation and was denied because seller had shipped already but never updated the status or gave me a shipping notice or a message updating me. The guitar was a gold/sandy color instead of the pictured gray color. It took almost a week to get them to relent to pay for return shipping and refund. I sold the bass locally by the time they offered to do that. POSITIVE: they finally tried to make it right.

I had a little issue the window panel of the unit cracked during shipment (I don't believe it's this companies fault since they sold it in its original packaging so that's the manufacturer not them) They solved my issue, immediately compensated me.
