FedEx stopped the package 30 miles from my house for a week or so and refused to help; I spent an hour on the phone with bots, then was finally transferred to a woman in Bangladesh that said only the shipper can ask what happened. I asked the seller to give it a shot, and to his credit, the part finally arrived a few days later.
