When I received the item, I was upset after misled. I contacted the seller to give him a chance to mend the problem but was told that “He will fix future descriptions” I was never offered a partial refund or any other compensation. I had to spend over $100 to get it updated with the SSD. It's a good thing FedEx takes pictures of their deliveries. The printer looked almost new. It was in great condition and came with all of the original paperwork and disc to set it up. This was a great buy and the printer is very economical to use. The printer is of good quality. The printer came in the original box that it was purchased with.
