      Could have been stronger

      I was taking 12 mg liquid tabs that were all right and bought some 4 mg. The (3) 4mg did not have the staying power the 1) 12mg had. The ex date was good on both, so I don’t know. I will probably try a different brand the next time.

      Excellent for inflammation related illness

      I have been taking this item due to chronic interstitial cystitis where I constantly feel like I have a uti but really the bladder is irritated. It is the only thing that has taken away the pain. I think it also has helped a slipped disc in my back but that also could have just been healing on its own. If I skip a day of this, my IC pain comes back like clockwork. Love this product.

      Hawaiian Astaxanthin

      Great stuff. I found that the 12 mg dose was a bit too much after a month or so so I switched to the 4 mg. Also helps with poison oak rash by reducing the swelling.

      Had Macular
