Trap that does not work!!!!!!!!!!!

I can;t write great review as I filled it with the sugar stuff, sat on the deck to enjoy the results. Within an hour there were 6 or 8 yellow jackets feasting on their sweet snack. They finished and crawled out leaving it empty. The 2 weeks that I have the 2 units hanging, I observe the same thing happening, it is to built to trap the bees, wasps, or yellow jackets.
