      Seller claims ignorance, but the item sold was not new, unopened condition. This seller is not to be trusted. They will not cooperate and I was required to contact eBay for a solution, and they even suggested to me to do so, like eBay is their personal resolution system, rather than working with the buyer. Even in one of the pictures you can see the discoloration of the tape closing the box on the right side. It's faint, but it's there. What I bought from the description was not what I received.

      Yes i told you to go through ebay since it clearly states that I do not do returns or refunds, everything is sold as is, and that's exactly what you did, you went to ebay directly as per my request, and they resolved the issue for you, they sent you a shipping lable so you can return your item, then you message me saying your just going to keep it. If it was such a big deal or issue then you could have just sent it back. But ultimately decided to keep the product?
