This was a vintage water ring toss, and the little elephant broke off in shipping. There is no way that this could have been avoided. Unfortunately it's not usable now but again not the seller's fault it was the risk I ran purchasing a water ring toss through the mail. But this seller did everything that they were supposed to do.
