      The item was priced fairly, accurately described and shipped first class. I was disappointed that it was sent in a padded envelope, rather than boxed. This was an expensive item and not insured. A padded envelope can be discretely cut a lot easier than a box. This happened when I was a jewelry store manager decades ago.
