    Part of my order was spoiled hair product - old or heat damaged. You can see in the photo, the yellow product is no good and the other is ok. This seller would not refund me for the damaged item even though I spent close to 200 dollars for rhis order! The refund amount I requested was for only 20 dollars! This seller refused. **Aweful customer service** Also, their communication was very bad. I will not be repurchasing from this seller.

    Not what it used to be.

    They have changed the formulation of this product. It is no longer a paste. It is a cream with not much holding power. I’ve been using it for two years and loved it and the way it smelled. It’s not the same anymore. Kevin Murphy himself has changed the formula. It is not the seller’s fault.

    My new favorite

    I would buy this product for the smell alone, but it is also the perfect amount of thickness to hold my hair perfectly. It's not super thick like some palmades and it's not thin like some other creams.
