I really think it helps
My experience was nothing really dramatic, but I have noticed a definite improvement in my short term memory. If i walk and leave something, more often than not I can remember where I left it, or if I walk into a room to get something, I might momentarily forget what I went into the room for, and then...I remember! Still not a steel trap, but better than I was before I started taking Prevagen. Frustration is definitely down and memory is definitely better. I will continue to take it. It didn't work for me, but ............
I was hoping for a miracle of sorts. I have Multiple Sclerosis, which though it seems to be in permanent remission which I am thankful for the damage to my memory both long and short term is bad. I gave 4 stars because I have been taking it for 3 weeks now. It does work, but this product should be taken a lot longer than 3 weeks to see any beneficial results to memory fog. I wish there was a "Not sure" option to select. Into the 2nd month of daily use, and no noticeable affect. By its own small print, product may take 3 months to work. No Effect
Thought I would try this for my 93 year old mother that has moderate dementia.
