    Excellent product in the past and I purchased again.

    I have purchased vtech phones and they have all been excellent. That is why I chose these. I got colors so I would remember which room they belonged. I received them promptly and they work as promised. I am very satisfied and would buy again just as I did this time.

    incomplete set

    The product may be a very good and useful item if a users manual had been included with them. Since I could only answer calls and make calls and all the other features were useless I returned the items.

    so far so good

    I have had these phones for only a week but the sound quality is good and the phones were easy to set up. I purchased these for the colors. My wife is always walking off with all the hand sets this way I can get them back to the correct stations now if I could get her to quit fighting over what color should go in which room.
