The Theragun gives an excellent massage. Since I have been using it, I have much less pain in my left shoulder which I broke a year ago. It is a little heavier to hold than I would like but it is manageable and worth the effort. I wish it came with guidance on how to use it. Yes, it’s expensive.... but if you work out alot or simply have muscle aches, this won‘t be collecting dust on a shelf. I looked at it as a long term investment.
