    The Sonim XP3 Plus XP3900 is not open box it's used, although in good condition, it's advertising as 95% new which I disagree with as open box is misleading. mine does not work properly. And so the seller provided a partial refund although if I can't fix it. 15usd isn't a good deal. The shipping was fast and tracking was good. The sellers communications waa also good, although some confusion with wanting to chat on various other platforms which I don't like.
