That box was inside a larger Amazon box but with no Fragile stickers on it. There was foam separating the planters inside the original box, but not enough insulation around the outside of it to keep the largest planter safe from shipping handlers. I don't feel it was the fault of seller who offered reimbursement for the broken material.
