My Bose QC II died, so I bought this to replace them. My evaluation is, get Bose to have optimum quality and comfort, and get these to have features. The screen on the charging case is, I love the Bluetooth transmitter option, and I'm very satisfied with the sound quality. But the Bose certainly have it in terms of comfort, superb noise canceling, and super refined design. Both are great, just depends what you want.
