This skinning cutter made by Buck is a quality, stainless steel fixed 4-inch blade knife. It's approximately 1.375 inches at the widest part. Overall, the knife is just over 8 inches in length, and it weighs 4.3 ounces. It's designed to resist wear and tear regardless of the task. This instrument is made with commercial-grade 420HC steel and is sharpened with a Rockwell hardness of RC 58. The Rockwell scale is based on indentation tests on fully hardened metal.
