It did not clearly state that only one knob was included, and the image shows two knobs. I reached out to the seller (I have screenshots of everything they said)they agreed that the ad was confusing and offered to send me another knob.They never did. I reached out asking for a tracking number on the second knob and they ignored me. I had ordered another item from them so they had an opportunity to send the missing knob but did not.
