    The seller stated the item on offer was new. The item I received had been previously opened and the box retaped shut. There was no installation instructions in the box as depicted in the item photos. Dell shows that the module should upgrade a WD19TB dock to a WD22TB4, but the module didn't work with my Dell Thunderbolt 4 enabled laptop, which works perfectly with the original WD19TB module. I don't believe I received a factory new item. But I did receive a prompt refund upon return.
