    Great ingredients

    Excellent source of non gmo raw ingredients including all the amino acids necessary for good health. Also contains 20 gr of plant protein. The taste is okay but not as good as Isagenix. I think this is healthier than Isagenix and at a lower price. I sometimes add pb2 or a banana to kick up the flavor a little.

    Was really psyched to get this product...until I tasted it. I love Garden of Life (don't think you can buy much better quality products), so when I ran across this meal replacement, I was really excited. Unfortunately that quickly turned to disappointment, with the first taste. The good: It definitely curbs your appetite (at least 3 hours), it contains excellent ingredients and the price is more justifiable than, say, Isagenix. The bad: Tastes too much like a "green food". Says it's chocolate flavored, but I ended up sifting about 1/2 C of cocoa and 1/2 t stevia into the container, to make it palatable. It's gritty, not very sweet, green flavored, and just plain not appealing. First, I tried it with almond milk, but switched to 2% with a little half and half today, and it was much ...

    Good protein powder

    Good protein powder, good value, very healthy. I had done extensive research on protein powders and Garden of Life ranked very high. Happy with everything, except the taste and texture. The chocolate mocha flavor doesn't really taste like chocolate; almost no taste at all. The consistency is quite chalky & grainy. However, if you add in fruit, nuts, almond milk, etc., it's OK. The nutritional value outweighs the taste issue.

    Best meal replacement ever!

    I absolutely love this stuff! It's nice to have a meal replacement that is not full of chemicals. I have IBS and the enzymes and probiotics in raw meal are a miracle for my stomach! It's pretty inexpensive compared to other meal replacement products. I hope they never stop making this product because I will buy it for the rest of my life!

    Chock-full of nutrients!

    Full of nutrients and comparable to other more expensive nutrition shakes. Easy to mix with other flavors and a little sweeter than plain or vanilla. I mix in some instant esspresso or instant coffee with honey for a coffee shake appeal! I use water and ice to thicken!
