The main wii u console had 3 rather deep scratches on its face, but the gamepad was in great condition. For the price I find it pretty easy to overlook the Appearance. Main console was fully clean. The gamepad had some gunk in hard to reach corners of the screen. Overall clean. The sellers reached out to make sure it was known that this was a Japanese wii u before I bought it, which was a nice touch. 8/10

Console and GamePad are fully operational. In fact, the GamePad arrived in even better quality than expected, it is practically scratch-free both on the screen and elsewhere and almost looks brand new. Of course, out of the box it is region-locked to Japan, but it is fairly straightforward to follow an online guide and completely work around that problem. Well worth the money!

When I contacted the seller, they were very patient with my temper and we negotiated a refund price. Other than this, the console runs perfectly. There is no lag or errors besides when I input an american game. There was no wear or damage from what I could tell. It is a console worth its price if you live in Japan.
