Perfect condition. The self cleaning work very good as we have a dog that sheds a lot. One negative note: The floor head has two little rollers for hard floors that get a lot of dog hair wrapped around the axil and bind the rollers. Shark Put Plus stick vacuum is just what we need since we have a German Shepherd. It performs well. The amount of fur is so heavy, we did have to unclog and clean out the vacuum often.
