    The box says country of origin is America. The product inside says made in China. I just used the pieces that connect the hoses to the breather. The breather itself never goes bad on its own. The breather I bought was designed slightly differently from the one that is on my truck So I decided not to put the new one on and just keep using my old one with the new hose connectors.

    OEM for my 2005 Dodge 2500 5.9 Cummins Diesel. Couldn't believe how much it improved mileage, was 19.6 on average before and I'm averaging over 23 mpg and have seen as high as 26.4 mpg!
