    I purchased a Berkey Water Filter, and upon inspection determined missing parts, they were described as "included" in the description. I tried contacting the seller to no avail. They never responded. I tried to contact them again and I couldn't even leave a message. I purchased the missing items separately to save me the hassle of having to return the unit and start all over again. Good business would be if they provided the missing items or refund what I had to pay for the missing parts.

    So far very happy with my recent purchase.

    I’m very happy with my Berkey water filter. I love the taste of the water. I live in an area where there is hurricanes , water pipe problems , hard water and heavy metals in water . I have neurological issues clean water is very important to me. It makes me feel better.
