I like Mega Food and Garden of Life vitamins and supplements. I believe they are top quality - no issues. All vitamins and supplements are not created equal. Not sure of the science that has not been clearly established, yet! CENTRUM is about selling lots of multi-vitamins your well being is low on their list - stock holders come first(profits) GSK. Buy a quality brand there is a number of them out there. FOLATE not Folic Acid.
