I was so upset. Just be ware to keep them safe. I was so looking forward to letting them out. This was my fault and not the companies they were fantastic. They very quickly issued a tracking number, but never handed the package to the shipper. I sent multiple polite inquiries that went ignored. I finally had to initiate a refund process because apparently they were planning to just keep my money unless I got Ebay involved. Now, Ebay says it will refund me in a few more days. Here I am... still no product, no money, and not a word of apology in response to my inquiries from the Seller!
