    I purchased this item on a Wednesday morning. On Saturday, I sent a message to the seller to check the delivery status. Seller finally responds on Sunday that they can't find it, that it's "buried somewhere in all my items". Seller offered to send a carafe in another color or refund my money. The other colors were not what I wanted, so I asked for a refund, which was finally issued on Tuesday. A seller should not post an item for sale on Ebay if they aren't able to locate it.
