    I am on my 3rd month of Serovital hgh. It does take a whole month to feel results. It must be taken on an empty stomach, no food or drink of any kind (except water) 2 hours before or 2 hours after taking the 4 capsules. Since I always get up each night to use the restroom, I just set it on my vanity and take it about 2 AM daily. My joints ache less, I have energy, I am jogging for the first time in years...I just feel BETTER!! I feel younger!! I will continue to purchase it.

    I am on my first month using this product, and I'm only about halfway through. I take them at night, but I snack alot, so taking them on an empty stomach has been challenging. I am going to continue using this product for at least 3 months to see if I notice any significant changes. I will keep you posted.

    IS WHY I CHOSE HGH

    will many years ago i was a member of Make it Big who sold HGH sup, but lost contact with them. Theirs was a liquid spray one sprayed under tongue and worked quite will, is why i tried this product, would like to find the spray, but this seen so far to be doing similar so far. will need a few more months to see.

    Patience is key. It takes a month or two to see maximum results, but I was sleeping thru the nite in 2 weeks! No longer needing a sleep aid. I also helps if light exercise is added to your day.     I'm continuing to use SeroVital

    I may be imagining results since they are so subtle, but after 6 months, I have built muscle mass by working out and feel strong. My fat index seems to have dropped a bit, and skin feels a bit more supple. No side effects seen, but it requires planning to take them 2 hours after eating (or drinking anything but water) - or not eating anything but water for 2 hours after taking. It seems to have clinical proof of increasing HGH, so I'm continuing to use it and hoping for good benefits as I age.
