      We bought an HMI that was listed as new, open box. Instead of an HMI, we received a used, old AB drive. Reached out to the seller and received a 'let me check' message, but never heard from them again. We returned the order to the seller and received 50% back of what we spent to buy the "new HMI". First, they sent the wrong part, never heard from them again, and on top of that, they kept 50% of the money. I reached out about this, and of course no reply. Sketchy seller.
