Inexpensive, poor packaging, and you'll need to be tollerant of bad assembly instructions.
These carts are a great yard work tool, as I already own 2 others, with my favorite being the Vermont made Garden Way Cart which is 3 times more expensive than this one, which is a gift for a friend. The problems I had to endure with this Strongway cart was basic damage in shipment due to the subpar packaging by the manufacturer in China. Both side panels are warped 2" due to the weight of the stacked packaging on top of this one, and the panels being on top of the wheels. All of the aluminum decorative trim was damaged or had been pulled off due to glue that simply does not adhere. I say decorative, as it will come off in use, and is soft aluminum which will not tolerate impacts. The black finish was damaged before it left the factory, and brush touch ups were many and sloppy. The decals they put on with the brand name were peeling off, and one fell off completely. I'm a professional mechanic, and the assembly was typical, yet I struggled with a terrible assembly procedure and diagrams that showed certain screws as 'Item 10', yet there is no Item 10 on the parts list; it jumps from Item '9' to '11'. There are just enough screws and hardware, but the different lengths will leave it up to you to figure what is a best fit. The company I bought this from offered to replace it, but the chance of getting another one that was in better condition didn't seem likely. Now that I was able to fix most of the damage to a certain extent, I'm basically okay with it, but it was a compromise to say the least. This cart will serve the purpose it's designed for, so if cost is a factor, then go for it, if you're able to deal with the likely issues you may experience, but the other one I have is made from superior materials and is designed much better.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

well it is not better than i expected. FIt of the components wasn't very good. Two of the bolt holes in the plywood were not lined up with the steel frame. The plywood is really cheap weak stuff. You cannot really tighten up the bolts without them pulling right through the plywood. I had to get some large washers and put them on the wood side in order to keep this from happening and then still not tighten them. THe latching cross bar on the sliding gate end of the card did not fit . i had to re-drill it to fit and i really need to cut it off. i am concerned that with the handle only bolted to the plywood and not to the metal frame that it will last. Plus the finish on the plywood does not look like it will hold up very well. Figure i will need to buy a sheet of plywood to remake the box for next season. THe instructions lack some as it is hard to make out which length of bolts go where.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
