Has both a pedal/torque sensor and a throttle, so amazing value and quality at this price. But, it is a very small bike, and Westerners may have a difficult time being somewhat comfortable on such a crowded bike. Only buy if you are either small, or you have no space to store a larger bike. I have traveled the world comfortably on small wheeled bikes, but this bike would be impossible for me to ride even a few minutes. Thanks.

I wish I could figure out how to increase the speed on the app. I did it once but can't figure it out again. Shipping took a little bit longer by 3 days but well worth the wait. I can't get the red phone connecter to plug in to the holder on the handle bar but the assembly was not too bad. For the price this bike is amazing. I did buy originally because I thought I could fold it up and carry it if need be, but it's a little too large. Glad I bought.
