    Shipped poorly, came with three broken pieces and it would not function, company tried to do a return outside eBay over the phone. Once they received the return then try to give partial refund because I shipped it back poor. I shipped it in two new heavy duty boxes with thick base and it was dry when they received it. I got it looking like it to a dip in a lake and a truck ran over it, it did have plenty of packing peanuts . I see why their rating is so low.

    Great machine!

    The printer even though it can expensive upfront, is very reliable and fast. No drivers are needed to use which is great. My office uses Mac computers, which is a relief, as most printers are fussy with Mac OS. printer prints fast, and the 15000 high yield toner cartridge prints fine and clear text. Recommended!!!

    Great workhorse

    dollar for dollar could not beat this printer on any front. Set up without a hitch and has been printing flawlessly for over a few months now. Mostly needed the 3" manual paper feeder for addendum (envelope holder reduces to a little less than 3" and that was the key for me to buy as it is the size of addendum labels printed for auto industry)

    Great priduct

    This arrived as expected. I'd say the quality was a little less than represented, having scuffs on the front, but it is used! I am a little concerned about the responsiveness of the menu button. I have several of these printers and none have the delay this one does. Not too big of a deal as I use the IP address to set up.

    Workhorse

    This item was discontinued in our school district a few years. Supply clerk at my school had tons of leftover ink. Bought this item for $79. One of the best purchases Ive ever made. Still works like a champ after 15 months of usage. Remind you I have an unlimited ink supply..
