- z***p (3865)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseVery poorly packaged and screw tabs arrived snapped away and bent, sadly seller just folded one layer of carboard over this battery and did not send it in box snapping away the fixing tabs to hold it in place so it had to be held in with doublesided pads but is thankfully hidden inside the laptop and works 100% as described. But terrible packaging, take note if sending out more batteries.

I informed the seller straightaway and requested a refund but had to wait a week before the refund was issued. So, although the outcome was not that I had a working battery which is what I wished, at least I wasn't out of pocket in cash terms only in my time. Whilst there is always a possibility that something can be damaged in transit, the packaging should have been able to protect the item.
