The pastels -- Caran d'Ache Neopastels (24) -- are lovely, high quality oil pastels, fairly soft and wonderful for blending and layering, but not as sticky as Sennelier (which is a bonus or a drawback, depending on what you're looking for). Excellent value for a little bit older box of Neopastels, which now have a different cover -- but the quality is undiminished, and they are a joy to draw and paint with. Thank you!
