    Great for HEMA rondel training

    This is a great alternative to wooden wasters. It's stiff enough so that you can use parrying, deflecting, arm trapping, finger trapping, etc techniques. You can virtually use it just like you would a Steel rondel dagger, except it will take damage when used against steel weapons ofcourse. It's also slightly "kinder" than a wooden waster when using disarming techniques, but it can still hurt your training partner so don't count on that. You'll need pretty much the same safety equipment as you would with wood or steel, as even though the end is rounded, a stab with some force can create severe injury. For the price this is just an awesome training tool, and I'd recommend it over wooden rondels as it won't chip when stabbing against a fencing mask like wooden wasters will do. It's also ...
