    OEM's the way to go

    Temp switch works fine .Good price , no leaks or odd cut threads that leak from lesser brands. Just can't go wrong with OEM products. Arrived pretty quick and was exactly what was needed.

    Does not have the correct resistance range for my '90 Bronco II.

    The correct resistance range is 79ohms to 9.7. Your parts are more than double that. It's not just you, I have been to many suppliers, and their parts are incorrect too. I have concluded that the correct part in no longer available. I fabricated a small bracket to mount two sensors to my engine,wired 'em in parallel. The resultant resistance is close enough to make the temp gauge useful. I can live with a slightly lower temp indication.
