    Pottery arrived broken because it had been very poorly packed. Was wrapped in only a little crumpled brown paper, no bubble wrap or peanuts, basically loose in the box. Seller extremely reluctant to provide refund and insisted I return items to her at my own expense. I did so. Refund provided but after more than one request no refund to me for returning the pottery to her. My first truly awful eBay experience.
